QuickShot is PlantStar’s a self-contained entry-level real time production monitoring / scheduling and reporting system. While it is designed for easy user installation and implementation this system provides sophisticated scheduling, planning and reporting tools that offer a high value to cost ratio. The tools found in QuickShot offer the first time user a broad range of features and functions that can be found in more costly and complicated systems.
This simple to install and use monitoring product is designed to replace your manual system of clipboards and manual paper reporting based systems. This system is available in three versions (12, 24, and 36 machine configurations). You can expand the system as your plant grows. Additional features include unlimited operator browser connections from user-supplied personal computers, 20 pre-configured reject and down reasons, as well as four Windows based user clients for data retrieval and reporting.
