 David Monroe Named Regional Sales Manager For SYSCON-Plantstar
SYSCON-PlantStar has recently named David Monroe as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region, covering the states of Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Southern Ohio, Indiana, Texas and Louisiana.
Monroe’s new duties with SYSCON-PlantStar will include responsibility for direct sales manufacturing representative management of Manufacturing Execution and Monitoring Systems within the Southeast region, as well as other responsibilities for that region.
Monroe brings 35 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing sales and marketing of computer systems for the machine tool industry, data acquisition systems for manufacturing and for MRP/ERP systems. Monroe served as Vice President Sales and Marketing for 22 years at the Mattec Corporation, manufacturer of real-time production and process monitoring systems for the plastics and other related industries. He also spent two years as Sales Manager with Hunkar Laboratories, a manufacturer of injection and blow molding process control systems and equipment for process monitoring and analysis.
